I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend. I know I did!
I spend the weekend at my parents home north of Sundre, AB with my mom who is probably the most talented crafter I know. We worked on different willow and twig furniture and doing so inspired me to mix together two of my favorite things: Twig Letters and Ol’Barn Windows. I LOVE the outcome!!! Take a look below at my new lil’beauties, my photography skills don’t do these guys any justice. I can see these in a bedroom, kitchen, entrance or adding a bit of pretty ribbon to them and putting them in a nursery. I am excited to make more of them!
I made twig letters for my nursery a few years ago and I still love them every time I walk in the room. I added a small birds nest in the first ‘E’ that you can see below. Also, check out a few lil’pics I found of twig letters in other people’s homes!
Please contact me if you are interested in one of these barn window pictures or would like one custom done 🙂 I can also make the twig letters for you without the pictures. Please see my Wall of Words page for details.
This first picture is my lil’ones crib and the nursery below is picture perfect. Love it!
I love this look with the gorgeous white vintage iron headboard. I showed one of my girlfriends this image and she is determined to have the look. We are currently searching for the right white bed frame and she wants to put one of the barn window pictures above it 🙂 Excited to see the outcome and will post pictures when we are complete!
